THE FOLIO / SELECTED WORK
Complex work.
Clear accountability.
Program leadership, cybersecurity assurance, and AI governance—connected
through the decisions that make delivery possible.
I / FEDERAL PROGRAM LEADERSHIP
Restoring delivery confidence.
My leadership experience includes programs valued at up to $99 million and
multidisciplinary teams of more than 80 contributors. The work spans
program growth, delivery recovery, workforce planning, customer
leadership, and cybersecurity authorization.
Prior delivery recovery
On an underperforming modernization program, I led a corrective-action
approach that restructured the customer interface, strengthened program
reviews, and rebuilt the process for contractual deliverables. The focus
was a repeatable chain of ownership, forecasting, peer review, quality
assurance, and final release.
Leadership approach
I connect cost, schedule, staffing, risk, and customer decisions while
giving technical delivery leads room to execute. Clear baselines and
visible dependencies help leadership act before a constraint becomes a
missed commitment.
Program values refer to separate contracts, not annual P&L or a
combined portfolio valuation.
II / AI GOVERNANCE IMPLEMENTATION
Turning a standard into an operating model.
My AI governance work includes developing an AI Management System and
translating ISO/IEC 42001 requirements into practical policies, risk
processes, and evidence.
The practical work
Define the management-system scope, clarify decision rights, connect AI
risk and impact assessment to lifecycle reviews, and organize evidence so
that policies can be followed and decisions can be explained.
Readiness, with clear boundaries
This is management-system implementation and readiness work. It is not a
claim of organizational certification or measured production AI outcomes.
III / CYBERSECURITY ASSURANCE
Making authorization work defensible.
My background includes hands-on cybersecurity package engineering, control
assessment, vulnerability management, and authorization recovery in
federal environments.
Prior authorization experience
The published résumé records an 82% first-pass approval rate across 22
authorization packages under direct purview over 24 months. This prior
work joined hands-on evidence preparation with validator judgment,
portfolio prioritization, and coordination across review chains.
The enduring lesson
Security is most useful when it enters early: in requirements,
architecture, planning, and the quality of evidence a team produces along
the way.
IV / SELECTED PORTFOLIO SYSTEMS
Exploring governance through software.
Lliam-GOV
A private portfolio system exploring accountable agentic assistance
through policy, runtime controls, and audit evidence. The contribution
is a governance overlay derived from the MIT-licensed Hermes Agent. The
concepts can be discussed without publishing private implementation
materials.
DoW AI PM Builder Template
A public, provider-agnostic template exploring governed AI delivery
through accountable roles, lifecycle gates, and evidence. It provides a
practical companion to the governance concepts described in the
playbook.
