I bring together federal program leadership, cybersecurity assurance, and AI governance to help organizations deliver complex technology with clear accountability.

I’ve led programs valued at up to $99 million and multidisciplinary teams of more than 80 contributors. My experience spans program growth, delivery recovery, workforce planning, customer leadership, and cybersecurity authorization.

My AI governance work includes developing an AI Management System and translating ISO/IEC 42001 requirements into practical policies, risk processes, and evidence.

Across these areas, I focus on connecting strategy to execution and giving teams the structure to deliver with confidence.

The question behind the name.

Second Order Strategy is how I think: ask “then what?” before acting. Consider the consequence after the consequence. It’s a useful habit whether the decision concerns a program, a security control, or an AI system.
